URGENT PHARMACY UPDATE REGARDING CORONAVIRUS (COVID-19):

We will be OPEN during the Mandatory Shelter in Place for Monterey County. We will focus on contact-less deliveries and mailing your prescriptions to you! We are also going to be open to the public for urgent needs during our regular hours Mon – Fri 9a – 6p and Sat 10a – 2p.

In an effort to protect our staff, we will be scheduling split shifts to minimize employee contact. Because of this change in scheduling, we will have fewer staff at the pharmacy at any given time. Please be patient with us! We encourage you to utilize email to get in touch with us (info@caprx.com).

If you call the pharmacy and leave a voicemail, we will return your call as quickly as possible.

Stay Safe!

URGENT PHARMACY UPDATE REGARDING CORONAVIRUS (COVID-19):

We wanted to reach out to let each of you know that we are working around the clock to remain informed of the latest information and guidance’s on COVID-19. As a pharmacist, I recognize that we represent a critical line of defense to our medically complex and older adult patients. Our pharmacists and pharmacy will continue to provide important medication management services routinely. We will be sanitizing the pharmacy (counter, PIN pad, handles, surfaces) every 30 minutes.

We are asking all our patients who are experiencing cough, sore throat, chest congestion, fever, and/or any other flu-like symptoms please do not come inside the pharmacy.

As a business, CAPRX is following CDC guidance for healthcare professionals to limit the transmission of COVID-19. In order to respond to this, we will be focusing on contact-less deliveries. This includes: (1) mailing prescriptions when possible (2) limiting deliveries (3) following health department protocols. We encourage you to utilize US postal service ($7 fee) or UPS (starting at $12 fee).

Finally, we have experienced an increase in requests for emergency medication supplies. We do recommend you checking your on-hand supply! If we can assist you in facilitating any emergency supplies, please do not hesitate to reach out to us.

We appreciate the opportunity to serve you and your families. If we can be of assistance, do not hesitate to contact us by email (info@caprx.com) or phone 831-373-1225.

Help us all stay healthy and safe! Thank you!
